https://github.com/qooxdoo/qx-contrib needs to be renamed. Suggestion: qooxdoo/package-cache or qooxdoo/pkg-cache

Wrong repo, since this implies changes to the the qx CLI. Transferring issue there.

I prefer qooxdoo/package-cache
