Wikipedia entry is old and out of date

Describe the bug The wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qooxdoo is where developers first come to looking for a new framework, and it is lacking in up to date content

Expected behavior A clear and concise overview of Qooxdoo!

Proposed solution

Lets put together a few key points that we would like to include in the article; here's a few ideas:

• Modern, no-HTML and no-CSS, development platform
• Established around 2006, with a reliable, predictable, and cross platform code base
• Rich UI components, for very large Single Page Applications
• Mobile Applications
• Server (Node.JS) applications, including the toolchain in 100% Javascript
• Sophisticated Object Model, more advanced than ES6 classes
• Thousands of unit tests
• Community lead and community owned, with an MIT license

Maybe worth also, mentioning the great online IDE Code playground, Excellent Documentation, and Works well with editors like VS Code, etc no-HTML and no-CSS are not needed, but can be if the developer should require their use. Adding a bit of release version history may be worthwhile.

Relatively recently I've written the russian version of wiki article. I think it requires a small fixes and then could be translated to other languages. Please check it out.
