For mobile devices remove links from nav buttons #75

On mobile pressing on top nav buttons open submenu and open new page simultaniously. Now they open only menu not following the link.

Also adding nav classes (red underline for buttons) are useless on mobile devs. JS code could be included in else section if not mobile device.
