Update to 0.8.12 #7

Once this finally gets merged upstream, I'll merge the final files (with upstream changes) into master.

BTW do you know what the problems are with powerpc builds? I don't know if the problems are worth fixing (not really a common platform these days), but Qore used to support this HW platform at least and has native support for 32-bit ppc with native thread atomic operations and stack guard support in assembler for example...

You're welcome. I have no idea what the deal is with powerpc - I suppose it's because FreeBSD tries to make the Makefiles as generic as possible.

@davidnich, I did some light googling, and found this page. It seems that ppc or more or less not a maintained platform. https://www.freebsd.org/platforms/ppc.html - so it's lack of FreeBSD support and has nothing to do with Qore itself.
