Updates reference and features of Qibo.

Thanks so much for the MR @scarrazza. Unfortunately, the new descriptions are too long and exceed the one-line limit. Could you please shorten them a bit such that they fit on one line? Thank you :pray:

I would do it myself but I'm unfamiliar with the libraries and would not feel comfortable changing the descriptions.
