add QPlayer - lightweight, scalable and fast quantum simulator #79

QPlayer is written in C++ language and is a quantum simulator based on state vectors. It was first developed in May 2021, and additional functions are still actively being developed. The most distinctive feature is to provide more qubits and faster quantum operations with smaller memory than before.
