There isn't somewhere on the project list to link to relevant overview papers, which is probably fine. If there is a place on the site for it, then the quantuminformation.jl paper is here: https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0209358

@markf94 I see now that you have a scraping script that pulls from the os-quantum-software repo. Is that the source of truth that you'll be using and that PR's should be submitted to?

correct @willzeng. all modifications to the list of software projects should happen on the other repo such that we can keep both projects in sync. If you happen to know a better way of doing it - please let me know!
