Adjust spelling of "QISKit" in the projects list YAML file #21

As stated in 34f361c, "QISKit" is now spelled "Qiskit". This PR changes the use of the word in the projects list file to be in alignment with the new spelling.

@markf94 As you'll see on the projects list page, Qiskit is misspelled, despite the fact it's correctly rendered on the awesome quantum software repo.

I see in Will's PR one is suppose to make PRs against the latter. So I'm wondering where the mis-match is coming from.

hey @Travis-S-IBM! first of all, thanks for the MR! I've accepted it but it would be amazing if you could change it in the original awesome quantum software repo as you already realized. We haven't updated the QOSF website in a couple of months and that might the reason for the mismatch. We're going to update it soon though and it would be great to have the Qiskit spelling fixed by then :)
