Ability to disable `@internal` feature

Since @internal has no widely used usecase, I believe deptrac should not use it for some specific purpose (docs) or it should at least allow some configuration of that. Currently, any codebase that is using it differently cannot easily onboard deptrac.

Hello, this is already resolved on the main branch where we are only looking at @deptrac-internal and optionally at one other user-defined tag. See https://github.com/qossmic/deptrac/blob/main/docs/configuration.md#deptrac.

You now need to wait for a release or use this repo as a direct dev dependency. AFAIK the next release should happen before Easter.
