Obsidian generates in place of bedrock despite no dimensions below the overworld in dimension stack #209

I'm only using the dimension stack to get a sky dimension, but obsidian generates in place of bedrock regardless, allowing people to mine into the void. Either the block should be configurable back into bedrock, or it should automatically remain bedrock if there is no dimension below.

Never mind, I found through the wiki that this can be done with /gamerule ipDimensionStack false.
