Add Pehkui compatibility #261

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. currently pehkui doesnt work with IP, it works with the fabric version of the mod but not the forge version

Describe the solution you'd like make it so pehkui works with IP forge like it does with IP fabric

Forge is very low priority and not actively supported

IP is the mod that makes pehkui scale you in portals, pehkui doesn't do that on its own

I know, that's why I put the issue here since it's a feature that should be added to IP
