Player disconnect from server after respawn: Missing dimension null #269

Immersive Portals Version:

immersive-portals-0.16-mc1.16.5-forge

Description of Problem:

This issue is not related to server or client crash. Everytime a player dies then respawns, it will disconnect from server. image

I am not quite sure whether this issue is because of your mod or my server platform, but I think post this issue here is good for solving this problem. Please let me know your opinion about this issue's cause.

Not only just respawning... If a plugin teleports a player, it would cause the same problem.
