Before I delete the mod, I've destroyed the portal to make sure no issues will arise. Then I deleted it in the mods folder, launch the MC and load my world. After loading when I look at the Grass and Stone block, it causes a massive lag. I've tried changing the video settings to see if it was fixed however, nothing. I tried to disable and enable the shaders, and using only the immersive portal mod, still this lag is still there :(
