Backlinks update #229

Adds support for Setext-style Markdown headings in Backlinks script (as per discussion in https://github.com/qownnotes/scripts/issues/227).

Included an option to not bother stripping ATX headers if Setext-only headers are being used for all notes.

Also added link titles to the generated list of links.

Can you please also bump the version number in the info.json so users will get an update notification and add yourself as author (if you don't already are).
