Oneplus3 issue

I have an OnePlus 3 full updated, original system, and the app doesnt work. I god the following message:

y3/files/bin/qpython-android5.sh && exit < Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: unable to load the file system codec LookupError: no codec search functions registered: can't find encoding Aborted (core dumped) 134|OnePlus3:/ $

I installed QPython3 on my Android 7.0 Galaxy S7, the apps doesn't work, and I got the (almost) same error message:

I have this same issue. Samsung Galaxy S7, Android 7.0. Get this error every time I open the console.

What's the CPU of Oneplus3 ?

Snapdragon 820.. However its works for me on a oneplus5t with the snapdragon 835...
