pip3 install docx error - missing

Hello, pip3 install docx returns an error when installing:

clang no such file or directory... Error code 1 in /.../lxml/

Unable to execute cc could not find xmlCheckVersion in library libxml2. Is libxml2 installed?

Any ideas? Thanks
