Upgrade Hydra from 1.0 to 1.1 according to the doc.

Hi, I do not see code differences in your commit, instead of several newlines. Please double-check the commit, and if possible, comment on which part of code must be changed by upgrading hydra from 1.0 to 1.1.

Oh sorry, it was unclear. 😅

Most changes in Hydra 1.1 are not relevant to this repo. The must-to-address change is the package header. Hydra 1.1 dropped the need of # @package _group_, so I removed them in this PR.
