jqm theme: border color can not be changed using swatch options

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the jQuery Mobile theme
2. Try to change various colors using the jqm swatches
3. Figure out how to change the thick dark border

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The dark border (actually, a 6px padding on the .dw element, around the .dwwr 
body element) is using swatch a, but this can not be changed using the jqmXxxx 
options. jqmBody is the highest level whose swatch can be set, but this dark 
border is one level higher. Could you add it as jqmBorder perhaps? 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mobiscroll 2.3.1.
