Investigate latest stable Firefox connectivity to https://chat.echoplex.us #181

Got this report in /echodev:

For what it's worth, if you aren't already aware, up-to-date stable Firefox fails to connect to https://chat.echoplex.us due to incompatible ciphers. Working fine in Chromium.

The previous configuration was also causing github to fail when sending the postreceive hook. Looks fixed now with an updated configuration
