If timeout to edit messages is enabled, UI controls should probably reflect that #202

You can specify the max amount of time allowed to pass until a message is no longer editable. The UI controls don't reflect this and thus you might see yourself edit a message only to find that you can no longer do so (and with no indication as to why)
