Thank you for the PR. Would you mind migrate the api version from v1alpha1 to v1alpha2 according to https://github.com/jetstack/cert-manager/tree/master/devel/addon/samplewebhook/chart?

It'll be great if you can also update the readme to indicate the minimum version of cert-manager required.

New version 0.3.0 added supports of cert-manager 0.11. Close this.
