_trash_out file should be empty! #46

JUM output this error Error:control_2_trash_out file should be empty! for all sample control + treatment

Should I worry about it?

Yes this is an error you got from running JUM. Need to troubleshoot until you see the trash_out file is empty before you proceed to next step.
