html_header and html_footer patches does not work in version 1.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set html_header and html_footer patches in my .vimrc file
2. also set the path and path_html .
3. but the output isn't my template file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In my .vimrc file, the html_header and html_footer patches does not work.
it always find the template html_header file in default patch though i have set 
the html_header and the html_footer patches.
but the path and path_html work  well.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use the latest version 1.2 . My system is Ubuntu 10.04

Please provide any additional information below.
When i use the version 1-1-1. the template file go back! it works well!
howerev the .vimrc file is the same. what's the plobrem? 

i find in the version 1.2 in ~/.vim/autoload/vimwiki/*_html.vim doesn't have 
the "html_header" characters,only have "html_header_numbering".
i think there's something wrong with them....
