A bug caused by vimwiki and tabbar? #284

1.I use both vimwiki and tabbar plugins.
2.Make cursor on the vimwiki buffer.
3.Type command ":tabnew"

A new tab will open and the number of tabbar window should remain one.
But this command will generate two tabbar windows on the vimwiki page.

My os is Windos XP and my gvim version is 7.3

I searched the solutions for this bug and tried a lot of plugins similar to 
tabbar, but this issue always happend.
So I think maybe it's a conflict in vimwiki and tabbar.
Would you please to help figure it out?

I have never used tabbar plugin so it is quite difficult for me to find out the 
reason it behaves that way.

Looks quite strange. Btw, why do you use tabbar and the GUI tabs at the same 
time?
