Image thumbnail links display style information in addition to image alt text

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an image thumbnail link like:
[[local:pictures/chase_accident/van_right_side.jpg][{{local:pictures/chase_accid
ent/van_right_side.jpg}{Van Right Side}{width:100px; padding: 20px; display: 
inline;}}]]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to see: Van Right Side
Instead it looks like:  Van Right Side~width:100px; padding: 20px; display: 
inline;

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dev version parent: 440:9df3e392ffd2 tip

Please provide any additional information below.

This is about concealed links.

What we are supposed to show if alternate text is empty? We shouldn't conceal a 
link then.

Thanks, works great! Hmmm...not sure what to do about no alternate text, except 
perhaps show the basename of the filename (van_right_side.jpg from my example 
above).
