Directory links doesn't work for file:///~/Documents/ #323

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create link [[file:///~/Documents/]]
2. Follow it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should open built in file explorer but shows error:
Vimwiki Error: Unable to resolve link!
