Linking datasets and a share button #310

We need an easy way for users to share and link their datasets.

You should always be able to send a colleague the traditional web app.qri.io/[peername]/[dataset_name] link.

The webapp, however, should have a 'share' button that will either:

copy a link to your clipboard
generate a small html button you can add to a website?

This link should:

If you do not have qri, should open the app.qri.io/[peername]/[dataset_name] page in your browser. From there, you should be able to download qri and then get the dataset.
If you do have qri, it should launch the qri app and take you to that dataset
