feat(HandsonTable): first pass at adding back table viewer :) #359

can resize columns and rows, can sort by column, can copy and paste from table

sizing v weird need to think about that

Known issues:

1) ugly scroll bars 2) no pagination :( 3) want to add button that can toggle between json viewer and table viewer

For now I want to get this merged, tho
