Adjustments to welcome page #387

1) link to our github and our help docs, rather then just mentioning our github 2) a place where folks can change their repo name, since we know this is the first time they are opening the app.

In the newest mockups, we have a separate welcome and peername creation page. once we implement those, we can close this issue.
