You have pretty specific contribution guidelines around issues (and around commit messages? Was trying to find when I came across the issue submission form). They're in the contribution guidelines, but it would be a lot more effective to use Github issue templates

created issue template for bug reports! should add one for features and maybe support? Or should support be directed to the discord?
