Separate JFK AirTrain data #32

I noticed that these turnstile booths have a different nomenclature (prefix of JFK) and since the data seems to have other Metrocard related-data like PATH and Roosevelt Island Tram, I'm assuming these must be AirTrain turnstile booths.

I made one change, you left the complex_id field populated for the Jamaica airtrain turnstiles. I removed it. Now the SQL will aggregate both of these on their remote Ids.
