[x] Add overflow-ellipsis and margin to CommitInfoHeader, add tooltip (using title tag)
[x] Require user to add a commit title before committing in ExistingDatasetEditor (it will be autogenerated in NewDatasetEditor)
[x] Add editing icons to content boxes in the dataset preview
[x] Hide green outline dot in history view when Edit button is hidden
This seems to only be an issue when zoomed to certain zoom levels, disregarding for now*
[ ] Text not vertically centered in search input
[x] Use less space for the last run column in collection, leaving as much as possible for the name column
[x] After manually editing, navigate to history with the same tab selected. (if I was editing readme, show me the latest version with the readme tab selected after I commit)
