I was reading through 0026-transform_application.md and was confused by the links that weren’t working (turned out they were images that weren’t loading), so I thought I’d go ahead and fix them.
In doing so, I also noticed that two separate RFCs got merged at a similar time and wound up with the same number (26). This renames the second one that was merged to 27 so they don't collide. It adds the standard RFC header that was missing from this one.
I moved the links to text/0027-assets/ so they site alongside the RFC (since it seemed not so great to mix all the images from all the RFCs into one top-level directory). Not sure if this is ideal or not — there don’t seem to be any Rust RFCs with explanatory images like this one.
