Update readme to include build instructions #24

Fixes #23

I added an install command to the Makefile to install deps and run go install. There were also some small typos in the commands from issue #23 that I fixed up.

I got something to build and was able to run walk but got this message: screen shot 2019-01-03 at 11 52 24 pm

Not sure it that's the output I should be seeing.

That's exactly what you should be seeing! The command descriptions are all wrong at the moment 😢.
