Provide ability to specify log file path #1

Provide an option to specify the log file creation path outside of the web root for security reasons.

@jordantrizz thanks for the feedback. This is also related to making the plugin work with managed (WordPress) hosting, which often do what you hinted above. Hope to tackle this realm in one of the next versions.

+1 for this.

With SpinupWP, your plugin doesn't work at all because they move the debug.log file to another place.

It would be great to have this in the plugin, to use it. @qriouslad 🙏
