New fork with fixes #147

I created a fork containing fixes to the current outstanding issues and PRs: https://github.com/AriaMoradi/Catapult

Also @qrrk are you planning to abandon the project or will it get continued maintenance?

I would like to continue it. I see you've done a lot of work in your fork. Thanks for patching things up while I was away. I will carve out time to take a better look at all the changes and decide how to proceed.

Cool, merge my changes if you like, at the same time I'd appreciate it if you give me merge access so we could collaborate on the project and keep an eye on things when the other person is not available.

Great! I accepted the invite.

I'll take a second look at the issues later and do a clean up job on them, other than that we can close a few of the PRs as my tree includes them.

148 was merged, and my fork is now defunct.
