Multiplayer and singleplayer saves are now separated - you can choose to copy singleplayer saves to multiplayer, start a new multiplayer save, continue the existing, etc.
Items are now synced when joining a server when they have already been moved, picked up, etc. (#545)
Implemented the initial state sync of the Stranger's airlock.

Updated QSBShipHull to only send it's initial state to the target player.

Simplified player animation syncing by using more features of Mirror's NetworkAnimator.
Updated the player HUD and map markers to not show when player is in certain states/locations.
