The two stationary probe launchers are now synced (rotation and audio)
Probe launcher snapshot and change mode sound effects are now synced
Probe snapshot sound and retrieval sound play from both the launcher and the probe itself

IMO the snapshot sound should come from the probe, or the player and the probe.
