Describe the bug Quantum Moon doesn't prevent you from landing on it.

To Reproduce

• Have at least 2 people inside the ship.
• Try to land on Quantum Moon.

Expected behavior Quantum Moon prevent's you from landing.

Please complete the following information:

• OS : Windows 10
• Outer Wilds version : 1.1.13.393
• Outer Wilds vendor (Steam/Epic) : tested Steam & Gamepass
• QSB Version : 0.22.0

Additional context

• With only one person in the server, the Quantum Moon operates normally.
• With one person piloting and one person viewing the ship logs (facing away), the Quantum Moon still experiences the bug and allows you to land.
