Only let people join at start of loop

means we can remove initial state (since you cant join after u wake up and start time flowing)

also means we could remove time sync (most of that is for initial time, could just ignore small desync over the loop from bad frames, generally slower computers cause problems anyway cuz theyre constantly syncing)

unless im dumb and the wake up prompt happens every loop
