Initial draft of qRAM primer #13

The main contribution of this PR is the outline and beginnings of the documentation / primer on qRAM. There are also a number of graphics and the bucket-brigade gif. This is a very much a work-in-progress, but let's get a PR open so that we can add links in the README, and provide some background for what has currently been implemented.

Comments/corrections welcome; also, no rush, I am continuously adding things.

Far from done, but this can be consolidated into the master branch now (so we can link to the gif!), and I will continue updating it as we go along.
