Major updates to primer #45

Overhauled first two sections. Minor edits to BB section, and major additions to qROM section incl. exorcism results and SelectSwap explanation.

Still WIP (need to finish up the section on SelectSwap resource counts), but the bulk of it is ready for reading and suggestions.

I'll merge this for now, and then we can open another for any additions we want later.
