Mod Organizer has an overwrite folder where files will sometimes go, often when using something like FNIS that generates or modifies existing files. Instead of modifying or adding files to a specific mod folder, MO puts them in the overwrite folder. This adds support for symlinking that folder as well, so mods that are reliant on these files will work.
