Disabling the option to use F1 for help does not work! #23

Describe the bug Extensions -> Qt VS Tools -> Options -> Help -> "Try Qt documentaion ..." is always True and can be disabled permanently

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Extensions -> Qt VS Tools -> Options -> Help -> "Try Qt documentaion ..." is always True and can be disabled permanently

Expected behavior Please fix this! :)
