QtDllPath is added to in front of the existing PATH variable. #4

QtDllPath is added to in front of the existing PATH environment variable to prevent conflicting with Qt binaries installed in other application.

@yakupc thanks for reporting the issue. This github repository is just a mirror of the Qt Project repository (to submit changes use Qt's Gerrit repository). I've created a bug report in our bug tracking tool: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTVSADDINBUG-1061
