Removes some unused options in qt3scope #100

Clock-terminal option is removed. For the qt3scope app, we always use the NIDAQ internal clock.

The name of the source file for qt3scope has been changed from oscilloscope.py to qt3scope.py. This makes it easier for future developers.

A number of unnecessary imports were removed.
