updated bbioconfig plugin to new .json.in based spec file background: To get MachinekitSDK compatable with the new json based plugin style Iintroduced around creator version 3.2.2 (! not 3.2 generally note: ) implemented from 3.3.x Based on this comment: Re: [Machinekit] Kivy based UI proposal and request for comments.
