This issue is much incomplete. We created new forms on purpose. Why did you ignore all the information to be filled?! Tell us the exact versions you use, I don't understand Cyrillic. What are the pages you mention? Second screenshot - what are these top tabs below "Home"? I have zero clue what they correspond to.

The first screenshot shows that something has been updated. but nowhere is the process of how it was created visible. Maybe show what fields you choose when creating, or even record a video. Nothing is clear from what is now

The bug report is still very incomplete. Can you follow the instructions given when creating a bug issue? This shows the plugins you are using. Disable all plugins that are not qTranslate and ACF. Describe PRECISELY the steps to reproduce the problem. Especially if you don't use English... Which menu and page URL are you using?

1) This is how my group edition looks like. There is metabox to select the languages.
