Hello I've found this bug when I add a "custom link" in the "wp menu" using the new domain extension .paris qtranslate apply a filter and translate it

an example qtranslate off returns (fr and en) mailto:hello@example.paris

qtranslate on returns (fr) http://mailto:hello@example.paris and (en) http://mailto:hello@example.paris/en

Let me Know how to fix it ;)

I've encountered the same problem while using a simple menu in the footer on a .ro domain Happens for any custom link added to a menu.

I'm on wordpress 4.7.5, I believe it was happening with earlier versions also, I'm using letsencrypt on the domain.
