I also had a same question. Therefore, I asked the license of this qtum-android to Patrick dai. He said "you can use the code. It's open source." Thanks Patrick. :) Anyway, my team is working based on this source code.
However, It will helpful for expanding Qtum Eco System to write specific open source software license in github. :-)
